Do you have a preference of gender of your puppy? (Choose one)
Will your puppy live with children?
Are you willing to take your puppy to annual veterinarian exams?
Will you sterilize (spay/neuter) your dog?
Do you have a fenced yard or access to a nearby park for exercise?
I understand that puppies are susceptible to deadly diseases to Parvo & Distemper until they have received a full series of puppy vaccines.
What type of dog are you looking for?
I understand that keeping puppies quarantined away from other dogs and traveling to high traffic dog areas is not recommended until they have received all the recommended puppy vaccines.

I full comply with Down Home Poodle's quarantine policies and understand that we do not allow anyone but our staff and veterinarian into nursery and training facility. This is to reduce the risk of exposure to deadly diseases like Parvo and Distemper to our puppies. Because of this strict guide lines we follow, we do send weekly picture, video updates weekly and regularly post on social media.

We offer hand delivery for our puppies. Will you need this service?
